Kruger Ceramic Membrane (KCM)

The Kruger Ceramic Membrane (KCM) Purification System utilizes a porous ceramic microfiltration membrane surface overlayed on a sturdy monolithic ceramic structure. The actual pore size of the ceramic membrane surface is 0.1 micron which provides an effective barrier completely removing bacteria and protozoa such as Cryptosporidium.

Hyrdrotech Discfilter

Hydrotech Discfilters provide an ideal filtration system for fine solids removal and product recovery. By employing woven cloth filter elements installed on multiple discs, and utilizing an inside-out flow pattern, this versatile filter is appropriate for a variety of applications. Water to be treated flows by gravity into the filter segments from the center drum.

Hydrotech Drumfilter

The drumfilter offers a proven filtration system for solids removal in applications with lower flow rates or higher inlet solids concentrations.

Discfilter Optimization

As the Discfilter process becomes more popular, Kruger Inc. has recognized the need for an on-site service that can help optimize treatment performance, keep operations staff updated and train new operators. This service is intended to help support operating facilities after the traditional "start-up and warranty" period has expired. This service is performed by one of Kruger's Discfilter ProcessEngineers.

BioPasteur

The BioPasteur process as an enhancement to anaerobic digestion provides Class A pathogen reduction. The BioPasteur process heats the biosolids to 70°C for a minimum of 30 minutes to provide pathogen reduction. Following pasteurization, the anaerobic digestion system provides volatile solids reduction at either thermophillic or mesophillic operating temperatures

BioCon

BioCon is a dual-belt dryer designed to be one of the safest dryers on the market while maintaining easy and efficient operations. In much the same way a convection oven speeds up the baking process in the kitchen, BioCon uses hot air circulation to evaporate the water form the biosolids

BIOSTYR

The BIOSTYR process combines biological treatment, clarification, and filtration into one compact system. With installations throughout the world, BIOSTYR is proven to be an exceptional technology for meeting today's stringent effluent limits.

ACTIFLOC

The Actifloc process is a compact, conventional-type pre-engineered and pre-fabricated water clarification and filtration system used in drinking water applications. It combines the Actiflo process with conventional mixed media filtration in a single tank system. The Actifloc process offers a stable system delivering high quality filtered water with reduced chemical use.
