OASES

Kruger's OASES® process is a high purity oxygen (HPO) activated sludge process for secondary treatment of wastewater. OASES systems consist of trains of covered, multi- stage reactors, surface aerators and oxygen feed and vent controls. The influent wastewater, return activated sludge and oxygen are introduced into the first stage of each train. OASES can be operated at high organic loadings while producing a high quality effluent. OASES is a proven technology that should be considered for plants with site constraints, high power costs and concern of volatile emissions. Existing HPO systems can be updated and made more efficient with Kruger's OASES process equipment and controls or upgraded with Kruger's BNR technology.
