Clarification and Separation

ACTIFLO® Weirs

ACTIFLO®

The ACTIFLO® microsand ballasted flocculating clarification process from Kruger is a combination of two proven principles of rapid settling: microsand enhanced flocculation (where the microsand serves as seed for floc formation) and microsand enhanced settling.

ACTIFLOC Process

ACTIFLOC

The Actifloc process is a compact, conventional-type pre-engineered and pre-fabricated water clarification and filtration system used in drinking water applications. It combines the ACTIFLO® process with conventional mixed media filtration in a single tank system.

Standard KCM Skid

Kruger Ceramic Membrane (KCM)

The Kruger Ceramic Membrane (KCM) Purification System utilizes a porous ceramic microfiltration membrane surface overlayed on a sturdy monolithic ceramic structure. The actual pore size of the ceramic membrane surface is 0.1 micron which provides an effective barrier completely removing bacteria and protozoa such as Cryptosporidium.

Hollow Fiber UF System

Xtream™ Hollow Fiber UF System

The Kruger Xtream Ultrafiltration (UF) system provides a modular, compact solution for efficiently producing drinking water and treating wastewater. With over 600 million gallons per day (MGD) globally installed, the unique X-Flow polyethersulfone (PES) membrane is the strongest, most hydrophilic and porous of any MF/UF membrane available on the market. Inside-out flow pattern provides optimum solids capture and cleaning.
